We've been lucky enough to sit on Santa's lap a few times this Christmas. He came to the seminary bldg after school one day and we got to pay a visit. He a had a bag of treats for each of the kids. Lauren was happy to take her bag of goodies but only if somebody retrieved it from Santa for her. She was not very eager to get too close. Then on Sunday we were sitting around and heard jingle bells outside. We opened the door to find Santa Claus! He came in and visited with us for awhile and passed out candy canes. Lauren ventured a little closer but jumped back when Santa got a little too close for comfort.
